Reguli de baza pentru participarea la licitatii:
– Pentru a putea licita, utilizatorul trebuie sa creeze un cont, in cadrul sectiunii de Inregistrare. Se completeaza datele cerute ,dupa care apasati butonul.”Inregistrare”apoi verificati mail-ul ( inclusiv in  spam), unde o sa gasiti link-ul de confirmare.Dati clik pe linkul albastru ,apoi sunati admnistratorul pentru aprobare cont .Daca nu reusiti sa va inregistrati,va rog sa ma contactati.( 0747 332 163 ) Danut.

Se activeaza doar conturile cu numele si datele de contact scris corect, care poate fi verificat : Nume si adresa in baza de evidenta a populatiei.

NU SE ACTIVEAZA conturile cu Nick Name ( pentru Nick Name, formularul de inregistrare are camp obligatoriu si va fi afisat ca si identificator al persoanei care liciteaza ). Ne dorim o licitatie corecta si transparenta, ceea ce incepe cu o inregistrare corecta.
Din momentul in care v-ati logat, sunteti de acord cu regulamentul site-ului !!!Prin utilizarea platformei de licitație, cumpărătorul sau vânzătorul recunoaște explicit procedurile acesteia .
Datele  utilizatorului (parola)se pot modifica de catre acesta, oricand e nevoie ,din   sectiunea „profil propriu” ,completati parola,apoi butonul „Actualizare utilizator”.
– Dupa autentificarea in contul de utilizator, se poate licita  porumbelulul sau porumbeii doriti.
– „Oferta actuala” reprezinta cea mai mare oferta plasata pana in momentul respectiv de un utilizator.
– „Pret pornire” reprezinta pretul de la care incepe licitatia.
– Tot pe pagina de detalii, pot fi vizualizate toate ofertele plasate, precum si detaliile acestora.
– Plasarea ofertelor se poate efectua introducand suma pe care doriti sa o licitati, apoi dati click pe butonul „TRIMITETI SUMA” pentru ca oferta sa fie valida si sa apara public.Oferta dvs. este un contract între dvs. și vânzător.

 !!! Ofertele postate sunt in timp real.!!!! refresh automat !!! In cazul  in care nu puteti plasa ofera,verificati conexiunea la internet sau iesiti de pe site si intrati din nou !!!
– Sistemul nostru, este setat pentru un pas de ofertare de minim 10 euro .!!! – Daca porumbelul este ofertat in ultimile 5 minute de licitatie, aceasta se va  prelungi cu  10 minute.

Daca in intervalul de 5 minute de la ultima oferta, nu se mai plaseaza nici o oferta, ultimul licitant este declarat castigator de catre sistemul nostru in mod automat .Datele participanților vor fi tratate confidențial și nu vor fi transmise terților!Protejăm datele dvs. și respectăm preferințele de comunicare în conformitate cu Regulamentul General privind Protecția Datelor (GDPR)

Atentie la diferenta de fus orar !!! pentru cei din afara tarii. (UTC+2)

-Cand licitatia s-a incheiat va aparea „Vandut” iar deasupra ,numele catigatorului.
Licitatia poate fi vizualizata si dupa finalizare ,in arhiva, timp de maxim 30 zile.

Obligatiile utilizatorului:
– Utilizatorul trebuie sa ne ofere date personale reale pentru a putea fi contactat.
– Plasarea ofertelor trebuie tratata cu maxima seriozitate si numai in cazul in care se doreste castigarea porumbelului si revendicarea acestuia. Daca utilizatorul cedeaza dreptul de a licita unei terte persoane, este direct raspunator pentru actiunile acesteia.
Utilizatorul ce a licitat pe acest site doar pentru a ridica pretul sau nu ridica porumbelul licitat ,va fi banat si trecut in „Lista Neagra” si dupa caz va fi sesizate oraganele abilitate . Porumbelul neridicat sau neachitat  va putea fi cumparat de urmatorul licitant.
– Castigatorul licitatiei este rugat sa ne contacteze in maximum 48 ore de la incheierea licitatiei la urmatoarele elemente de contact:

.Plata porumbelului castigat la licitatie, se va face in 3 zile de la finalizarea licitatiei in contul bancar afisat pe site . Transportul pana la cumparator ( in orasul acestuia)  costa 30 Euro / porumbel pentru Ungaria, Austria, Germania, Cehia, Slovacia, Belgia, Olanda, Luxembourg, Italia Nord si va fi suportat de catre comparator. Transportul este saptamanal .  Pentru restul Europei continentale costul transportului este de 45 Euro si se organizeaza lunar . Transportul este organizat de Europa Master Pigeons OLR.
 In Romania, transportul se efectueaza prin Tules Andrei, Nini Enachescu, Radu Buzura , sau prin alte metode agreate de cumparator . La primirea porumbelului va rugam sa ne trimteti un mesaj de  confirmare primire.

Obligatiile organizatorului:
– Organizatorul se obliga sa pastreze confidentialitatea informatiilor cu caracter personal ale utilizatorilor.
– Sa asigure buna functionare si transparenta licitatiilor organizate.De asemenea, Europa Master Pigeons poate , să completeze sau să corecteze licitațiile curente, pentru a oferi detalii suplimentare  sau pentru a corecta eventualele greseli.
– In cazuri speciale se obliga sa puna la dispozitia utilizatorilor desfasuratorul licitatiilor pentru clarificarea unor eventuale probleme aparute.
Porumbeii scosi la licitatie sunt sanatosi din punct de vedere clinic, si nu au semne vizibile de probleme. Porumbeii au fost dupa ultima cursa: deparazitati, tratati contra tricomonozei. Porumbeii sunt vitaminizati pentru o buna naparlire si dezvoltare.

ATENTIE!!!
– In cazul in care se suspecteaza ca informatiile oferite nu sunt reale, organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a contacta telefonic utilizatorul in cauza si de a stopa/restrictiona accesul acestuia  pe site ,iar in cazuri speciale se va sterge oferta facuta de catre acesta .Daca, dupa plasarea ofertei, ofertantul nu raspunde la confirmarea telefonica in maxim 24 ore,oferta va fi stearsa.
Dorim licitatii corecte ,deci si  informații veridice!!!
Responsabili pentru micile incidente sunt cumpărătorii . Europa Master Pigeons OLR nu poate verifica 100%  exactitatea informațiilor furnizate de cumparator.

Basic rules for participating in auctions:

NO ACTIVITIES with Nick Name accounts are activated. We want a fair and transparent auction, which starts with a correct registration.
The user data (password) can be changed by the user, whenever necessary, from the "own profile" section, fill in the password, then the "Update user" button.
- After authenticating in the user account, the desired pigeon or pigeon can be tendered.
- "Current offer" is the largest offer placed so far by a user.
- "Starting price" is the price from which the auction starts.
- Also on the details page, you can view all the offers placed, as well as their details.
- Placing bids can be made by entering the amount you want to bid, then click on the "SEND SUMA" button to make the offer valid and appear publicly. Your offer is a contract between you and the seller.
 !!! The offers posted are in real time. automatic refresh !!! In case you cannot place offers, check the internet connection or exit the site and enter again !!!
- Our system is set for a bid step of at least 10 euros. !!! - If the pigeon is offered in the last 5 minutes of the auction, it will be extended by 10 minutes.
If within 5 minutes of the last bid, no bid is placed, the last bidder is declared the winner by our system automatically. The data of the participants will be treated confidentially and will not be transmitted to third parties! We protect your data and we respect the communication preferences in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
Pay attention to the time zone difference !!! for those outside the country. (UTC + 2)
-When the auction has ended instead of the stopwatch, "Sold" will appear and above, the winner's name.
The auction can be viewed after completion, in the archive, for a maximum of 30 days.

User obligations:
- The user must provide us with real personal data in order to be contacted.

The transport to the buyer (in his city) costs 30 Euro / pigeon for Hungary, Austria, Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, North Italy and will be supported by the comparator. Transportation is weekly. For the rest of continental Europe the cost of transport is 45 Euro and is organized monthly. The transport is organized by Europa Master Pigeons OLR.
 In Romania, the transport is carried out by Tules Andrei, Nini Enachescu, Radu Buzura, or by other methods agreed by the buyer. When receiving the pigeon please send us a confirmation message.

Organizer's obligations:
- The organizer undertakes to keep the confidentiality of the personal information of the users.
- To ensure the smooth functioning and transparency of organized auctions. Also, Europa master Pigeons may, to complete or correct current auctions, to provide additional details or to correct any mistakes.
- In special cases, it is obliged to make available to the users the conduct of the auctions to clarify any problems that have arisen.
- Pigeons auctioned are clinically healthy and have no visible signs of problems. The pigeons were after the last race: dewormed, treated against trichomoniasis. Pigeons are vitaminized for good mating and development.
CAREFUL!!!

Pflichten des Nutzers:

Der Benutzer, der auf dieser Website nur geboten hat, um den Preis zu erhöhen oder die angebotene Taube nicht zu erhöhen, wird gebannt und auf die "Schwarze Liste" gesetzt und gegebenenfalls von den autorisierten Hurrikanen benachrichtigt. Unbepowerte oder nicht gepflasterte Tauben können vom nächsten Bieter gekauft werden.

Die Zahlung der bei der Auktion gewonnenen Taube erfolgt innerhalb von 3 Tagen nach Abschluss der Auktion auf dem auf der Website angezeigten Bankkonto. Der Transport zum Käufer (in seiner Stadt) kostet 30 Euro / Taube für Ungarn, Österreich, Deutschland, Tschechische Republik, Slowakei, Belgien, Holland, Luxemburg, Norditalien und wird vom Komparator unterstützt. Der Transport erfolgt wöchentlich. Für das restliche Kontinentaleuropa betragen die Transportkosten 45 Euro und werden monatlich organisiert. Der Transport wird von Europa Master Pigeons OLR organisiert.
 In Rumänien erfolgt der Transport durch Tules Andrei, Nini Enachescu, Radu Buzura oder durch andere vom Käufer vereinbarte Methoden. Bei Erhalt der Taube senden Sie uns bitte eine Bestätigungsnachricht.
Pflichten des Veranstalters:
- Der Veranstalter verpflichtet sich, die persönlichen Daten der Nutzer vertraulich zu behandeln.
- Um das reibungslose Funktionieren und die Transparenz der organisierten Auktionen zu gewährleisten, kann Europa Master Pigeons auch aktuelle Auktionen abschließen oder korrigieren, zusätzliche Details angeben oder Fehler korrigieren.
- In besonderen Fällen ist er verpflichtet, den Nutzern die Durchführung der Auktionen zur Verfügung zu stellen, um aufgetretene Probleme zu klären.
- Versteigerte Tauben sind klinisch gesund und weisen keine sichtbaren Anzeichen von Problemen auf. Die Tauben wurden nach dem letzten Rennen entwurmt und gegen Trichomoniasis behandelt. Tauben sind für eine gute Mauser und Entwicklung vitaminisiert.
ACHTUNG !!!
- Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, im Verdachtsfall, dass die zur Verfügung gestellten Informationen nicht echt sind, den Nutzer telefonisch zu kontaktieren und seinen Zugang zur Website zu sperren / einzuschränken. In besonderen Fällen wird das von ihm abgegebene Angebot gelöscht. Wenn der Bieter nach Abgabe des Angebots nicht innerhalb von 24 Stunden auf die telefonische Bestätigung reagiert, wird das Angebot storniert.
